All sales are final on print-on-demand items, as each piece is produced to order specifically for you.

Damaged or Misprinted Orders If your order arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [your email] with a photo of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Wrong Item Received If you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days and we'll make it right immediately.

Cancellations Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After that, production has begun and cancellations cannot be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items Because all products are made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, incorrect size selection, or change of mind.
